When we say "teachers", we mean classroom generalists or teachers emerging in their understanding of computer science. In general, teachers are consumers of the information in ECSNet.

Ambassador refers to the school computer science leader (e.g. library media specialist, STEM teacher, or Technology teacher) including Maryland Elementary School CS Ambassadors. In general, Ambassadors both consume and contribute lessons to ECSNet.

When we refer to designers, we mean curriculum developers whether they are school-based or LEA-based.

When we refer to Advisors, we mean people who vet content (lessons, units, skills).  Becoming an advisor is by invitation only.
